TERMS OF
ENGAGEMENT.

1.1 DATA MINIMALISM (数据极简主义): We adhere to a strict policy of data minimization. We only collect information that is absolutely necessary to facilitate the design process (e.g., floor plans, family composition, lifestyle habits).

1.2 THE BLACK BOX (黑盒存储): All sensitive client data is stored in encrypted, offline-first archives. We do not use public cloud storage for detailed architectural drawings of high-net-worth residences.

1.3 NO THIRD PARTIES: Your identity is never traded, sold, or shared with vendors without your explicit consent for procurement purposes.

2.1 DESIGN OWNERSHIP: All conceptual designs, renderings, and technical drawings remain the intellectual property of Guangdong He Concept Interior Design Co., Ltd. until the final payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the design for the specific property address.

2.2 REPRODUCTION: You may not replicate our custom furniture designs or architectural details for other properties or commercial sale.

3.1 THE SILENT AGREEMENT: By default, we respect your right to total privacy. We will NOT publish photos of your residence on social media (WeChat, RedBook, Instagram) unless we have signed a separate Media Release Form.

3.2 ANONYMITY: If you choose to allow publication, all identifying features (specific address, family photos, personal art collections) will be blurred or removed to protect your security.

4.1 OPEN BOOK POLICY: For "Full Service" commissions, we operate on an Open Book basis for all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement. You see the original invoices from vendors.

4.2 NO HIDDEN REBATES: We strictly prohibit the acceptance of undisclosed kickbacks. Any trade discounts negotiated by us are passed directly to you. We charge a transparent management fee for this service.

5.1 ARTISTIC RENDERING: 3D Renderings are artistic impressions. Actual material textures and lighting conditions may vary on site due to natural variations in stone, wood, and daylight.
